Product pricing and currency
All products and charges are quoted in American dollars (USD) or in Euro (EUR), Free On Board in Ho Chi Minh City (FOB/HCMC). FOB prices are not available for any order below USD or EUR 5,000. One currency only shall be used for the payment of one order.
How to order
Please provide us full details at the time you place the order (item code, description, colour, design, artwork, pattern, logo and quantity). The minimum quantity requirement for wholesale order is 10 pieces per item. We are glad to assist our customers in developing and producing custom-made orders. The requirement for such orders is 100 pieces per item. Samples are provided at your request. We will charge you for the samples and transportation costs. Sampling costs related to custom-made orders are deducted from the invoice at the time you place a firm order for matching items. Please confirm your acceptance of design and quality in writing.
Lead time for production depends on the specific design and quantity ordered. The lead time is given in the quotation. Production starts when we receive the deposit. With regard to L/C transactions the production starts when the L/C is agreed by all parties. The payment of the deposit can be made either by…

Please be sure to check your order first as prices as well as products designation can change without prior notice. To confirm your order with us, please deposit 30% of the total amount due, 50% for custom orders (except for L/C transactions). You need to provide us with… name and address of consignee, name and address of forwarder (notification address). Please also include any requirement for customs clearance such as certificate of origin, fumigation, packaging declaration.
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for delivery. If you have specific requirements regarding the quality control, packaging and labelling, please advise us in advance. Your order will be delivered as soon as the balance is received by us (except for L/C transactions). Please note that we offer free delivery within HCMC, regardless of the order size.
Payment can be made either in cash, by credit card, telegraphic transfer or letter of credit. Orders with value up to USD or EUR 2,500 shall be paid at once, in advance (deposit). Payment by irrevocable letter of credit is possible for orders with a net value higher than USD or EUR 30,000. Please note that remitting bank charges, intermediate bank charges, shipping, insurance, handling charges and customs duties at destination are for your account. Cost is pending on FOB (product costs and Export Loading Charges included) or ex works (product costs only). Orders can be divided into several land/sea/air shipments. We will pay for the first shipment Export Loading Charges. The following shipments Export Loading Charges are for your account.
Each item is carefully inspected by our QC staffs, however we recommend that the shipment is inspected on arrival. Such control allows the detection of damages due to handling, transportation. Nga Art and Craft products are 100% hand made, therefore sizes as well as colour, design may slightly vary from one piece to another. Claims for faulty products are accepted when our responsibility is fully established. The claim and all necessary details should be submitted within 03 (three) months from the date of reception by the client. When discovering flaws, please keep the crafts in its original packing and contact us immediately. Do not make any repair work to the crafts. When our responsibility is established we replace the faulty item or part of it. We do not reimburse or credit any amount for faulty goods. Claims should be resolved in a reasonable and commercial manner.
Packaging and labeling
Besides manufacturing high quality crafts we are glad to offer packaging services of international standards. Within the realms of possibility we always try to meet our customers’ requirements. Unless otherwise stated the packaging options offered below are included in our prices;
- Each item is wrapped individually using silk paper;
- Each part of an item is wrapped separately;
- Each item is packed in individual 3 layers cardboard made box (called inner). Inners for small items can be ordered in one layer stiff cardboard. Such inners can be obtained in colour. Minimum quantity is 250 pieces per item. Gift-wrapping is optional;
- Master boxes are made out of 5 layers cardboard;
- Each inner is labelled with a self-adhesive label. The label indicates the item code number, its description and colour;
- Inner label that includes image and/or barcode can be made with a minimum quantity of 250 pieces per item;
- Master labeling includes side and shipping marks;
- The set of export documents includes: airway bill or bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list. Certificate of origin, certificate of fumigation and packaging declaration when required.
We are pleased to assist our customers in shipping their orders. The shipping charges given are estimates until the forwarder confirms the charges and the customer gives his consent in writing. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the products manufactured by us.
